In this program, we recruit young people to have hands-on training that may prepare them for job acquisition or business creation. This is also a platform where out of college graduates advance their careers by getting on-the-job training in various disciplines. Activities include: free computer trainings, typing lessons, secondary school bursaries, and on the job training working with learners.
The program recruits high-school dropouts and graduates, train them in business creation and development, provides them with soft loans, supports them to be successful in their businesses. 15 young adults are benefiting from our loans and we have an 90% repayment rate.
